This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data when you use TimeNest (the “Service”), including the website and mobile applications.

By using the Service, you acknowledge this Policy. For appointments between customers and businesses, see also our Terms of Service.

1. Who we are

2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the Service, we may collect:

Account data — name, email, phone, password (stored as a secure hash), role (customer / business)
Business data — business name, type, location, description, services, hours, staff, logo
Appointment data — requested and confirmed date/time, service, notes, status history
Device data — push notification tokens (FCM), app version, basic device info for delivery and diagnostics
Technical data — IP address, logs, and similar data for security and reliability
Payment-related data — references and status for subscription payments (card details are handled by payment providers where applicable)

3. How we use data

To create and manage accounts and provide appointment scheduling
To send verification emails, transactional emails, and push notifications
To manage business subscriptions and related communications
To operate, secure, and improve the Service
To enforce our Terms and prevent abuse or fraud

4. Sharing of data

Between customers and businesses — necessary details so appointments can be requested, confirmed, rescheduled, or cancelled
Service providers — email (e.g. Resend), push notifications (Firebase), hosting, and payment processors under appropriate arrangements
Legal requirements — if required by law or to protect rights, safety, or security

We do not sell your personal data.

5. Retention

We retain account and appointment data while your account is active and as needed for operational, legal, or accounting purposes. After account deletion requests, we delete or anonymize personal data subject to any legal retention requirements.

6. Security

We use industry-standard measures such as HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we work to protect your data but cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your rights and account deletion

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal data, or to object to some processing. Contact us at timenest@cloudkingsystems.com.

8. Children

TimeNest is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us so we can take appropriate steps.

9. International processing

Data may be processed on servers or by providers in different countries. Where we transfer data, we take steps appropriate to the context to protect it.

10. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy by posting a revised version and updating the effective date. Material changes may be communicated via the app or email where appropriate.
